More about Hong Kong Cultural Centre

Centre was completed in 1989 and opened by British Prince Charles and Princess Diana. The Centre was managed by Urban Council in early days (Became Provisional Urban Council after the Transfer of Sovereignty in 1997). Since the reorganization of government in 2000, Centre became managed by new established Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
